i think i have a feedback loop between facebook, friendfeed, this blog, and every other social media service

anyone else notice this? how to avoid the intertwined social media feed? every service seems to broadcast to all the others. my friendfeed reports activity on facebook and vice versa. good thing i don't really use twitter
